Remember the collective hysteria around the y2k scare? What if a single coding line could take down the worldwide computer infrastructure? What if this wasn’t mass psychosis, and the whole world had indeed collapsed into unbridled chaos?

SORRY NO CURE invites you to embrace the not-so-distant past and ever-approaching future, as we turn Phil’s Studio into a bunker withstanding the tidal waves of time and space, on the cusp of the new millennium.

To achieve complete meltdown, we’re teaming up with our buddies from across the causeway, joining forces with Penang’s donk-est producer Mulan Theory and the unforgiving beats of KL-based Core Values with a banging group performance by their founding trio: CUMBOARD, DWNLD, and OILBOY. Our apocalypse send-off wouldn’t be complete without a limb-tearing mosh pit, and who better than SCUMBOYS to kickstart that! Orchestrating this symphony of weirdness & audiovisual degeneracy is curator SHIZUO 静男, sometimes known as SORRY NO CURE’s self-professed documentarian, who will be cursing the decks for his debut performance.

Of course, this wouldn’t be a proper shindig without eye-bursting visuals by SORRY NO CURE’s evil masterminds TZECHAR, joined for lighting & sound design by Endless Return’s co-founder Mervin Wong.
